  • As the Children's Home Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people within our home. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure the well-being, safety, and development of all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children's home
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the individual needs of each resident
  • Providing strong leadership and support to the staff team
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
  • Promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment for children and young people to thrive

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within a children's residential setting
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver high-quality care and support
