Electrical Site Manager – Substations
 
Due to sustained and continued growth, our client is recruiting Electrical Site Managers to work on Electrical and Civils contracts along the M4 Corridor from Slough to Swindon. The scope of work incorporates Substation Build and Refurbishment, Cabling and Overhead Line work from 11 – 275 kV.

Responsibilities
Site Management of staff and Subcontractors
Producing safety documentation and briefing where required, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Permits and Toolbox Talks
Quality Inspections and completion of Inspection and Test Plans
Ordering Plant and Materials
Collation of documents and As Built Records
Cost and Program Management
Management and Supervision of Temporary Works
Record Keeping and report writing.
Client liaison and coordination/interface
Perform any other duties appropriate for the role.
 
Skills & Experience
TP137 Qualification
SSEN Cat 3 Authorisation/UKPN Substation Entry/National Grid CP and Persons preferred.
Recognised Civil or Electrical Qualification
CSCS Or EUSR card
Temporary Works Co Ordinator
SMSTS/SSSTS
