MONDAY - FRIDAY: (37.5 HOURS PER WEEK)

£11.50 - £12:00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our Client based in Swindon.

Day to Day Duties

• Speaking with customers over the telephone in a busy Customer Service Department
• Logging Service Jobs onto a CRM
• Liaising with internal departments and third-party manufacturers and service organisations
• Arranging collections of products from Schools, Trusts and Universities

Essential Skills

• An understanding of Tech Products
• Computer literate
• Team Player
• A confident Telephone manner

Desirable Experience

One Year+ Customer Service Experience
