Assistant Finance Business Partner

Your new companyNational Public Sector Organisation with offices in Swindon offering a hybrid working opportunity (2 days a week in the office) Your new roleAs an Assistant Finance Business Partner, the successful candidate will be undertaking the following duties:

• Preparing monthly management accounts
• Producing budget and variance reports
• Working with the Finance Business Partner to deliver department-wide liaison and reporting
• Analysis and extrapolation of data from reports to form action plans

The role is hybrid and the requirement will be for employees to be on-site 2 days a week. There is a free car-park at the location.What you'll need to succeedIn order to undertake this role, you will be at least AAT Level 4 qualified, or equivalent and be either looking to study ACA/ACCA/CIMA or be part-qualified already.Candidates should have a proven work history within the public sector and within a busy finance department.Experience within local government, government-funded entities, charities or the NHS would be beneficial, but not mandatory.Candidates must have excellent attention to detail, be able to work under minimal supervision and be a team player.What you'll get in returnThe client is able to offer an initial salary of £43,742pa plus a generous annual leave and benefits package.
