- Lead Program Management: Skillfully manage complex software programs comprising multiple interconnected projects, guiding them from initial concept to successful release.
- Drive Delivery Ownership: Take full accountability for ensuring that all software products and custom solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and consistently meet or exceed quality expectations.
- Excel in Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, proactively managing communication, providing regular updates, and effectively incorporating feedback throughout the program lifecycle.
- Foster Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, product development, and UX/UI teams to align technical execution directly with customer goals and broader business priorities.
- Navigate Risk and Change: Identify potential delivery risks early, clearly communicate their impact, and lead effective mitigation planning. You should be adept at adapting to changing requirements and evolving customer needs with agility.
- Provide Clear Status Reporting: Deliver concise, actionable updates to both internal stakeholders and clients through comprehensive progress reports and executive summaries.
- Champion Process Optimisation: Continuously advocate for and implement improvements in our delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Your qualifications should include:
- Proven experience in program or project management within dynamic software development environments.
- Experience with delivering AI-driven solutions is a significant advantage.
- Strong technical acumen, including the ability to understand software architecture, cloud platforms, and the basics of the Machine Learning (ML) lifecycle.
- A solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or CI/CD methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Skills that will make you stand out:
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Jira and GitHub.
- Knowledge of MLOps, major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and APIs is a plus.
- A background in custom software development firms.
