They provide an aspirational and supportive environment, which enables all of their students to thrive in school and in life.SENIOR IT TECHNICIANDirectly Responsible For: Efficient ticket management of the IT Helpdesk. Provide direction for the day to day workload of IT Technicians to ensure tickets and problems are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Support and work with staff and the Network Manager to deliver a safe, secure and effective learning environment.Responsibilities:Support the IT team to ensure efficiency of support and smooth running of facilities.Manage, prioritise and respond to helpdesk tickets according to their impact on use of the school and supported sites.Undertake project work, as planned with Network Manager, to develop the school and Supported sites.Provide cover for the Network Manager in occasions where they may be absent.Plan and monitor workload of yourself and the IT technicians.YOUR KEY SKILLS:
