Mechanical Fitter

The Mechanical Fitter will cover a range of Commercial and Industrial sites completing various pipework installations from direct instruction to working from plans where required, assisting with preparation of pressure systems including steam and high-temperature applications.

Mechanical Fitter requirements:

• Minimum of 3years experience within the Commercial Plumbing and Heating sector.
• Experienced in the installation of Carbon steel (screwed, press and pre-fab welded), Victualic, MDPE and Copper (brazing, soldering and press).
• Holding a minimum of City and Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Pipe Fitting and Assembly).
• Based within Swindon area
• Overtime available

Mechanical Fitter Certification:

• CSCS card
• City & Guilds NVQ level 3 or above in engineering
