Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a solid understanding of logistics and materials handling. This role requires effective team management skills and the ability to ensure that all business processes related to shipping and receiving are executed efficiently. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and productive work environment while managing the daily activities of warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely dispatch of goods.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes and materials handling techniques.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
