Key Duties

  • Conducting comprehensive medication reviews
  • Providing medication counselling to patients
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitoring chronic disease patients

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Must own a right to work in the UK
