Job Responsibilities
- Provide quality assurance and review services to improve care for children, young people, and families.
- Ensure safeguarding requirements are met and exceed expectations.
- Deliver high-quality independent oversight of practices.
- Facilitate meetings to meet legal obligations, focusing on relationships and participation.
- Support and challenge practices to achieve better outcomes for children.
Must Have
- Strong values in work with individuals, families, and partners.
- Commitment to quality and understanding of good practice.
- Ability for honest reflection and openness to learning.
- Effective working relationships with partners, families, and carers.
- Experience in a similar role or environment.
- Additional qualifications in child protection or social work.
