Job Responsibilities

• Improve quality and culture in services.

• Ensure safety and rights of children are prioritized.

• Facilitate and organize necessary meetings.

• Challenge and support practices for better outcomes.

• Lead services to positively impact children.

• Promote continuous improvement and oversight.

• Review care plans and investigate allegations.

• Provide safeguarding advice and conduct audits.

• Help families express views and manage plans.

• Handle complex issues and meet deadlines.
