The position is for an established Swindon based Main-Contractorwho work on projects and maintenance within the public housing sector
The role is for a Quantity Surveyor carrying out the following responsibilities:
- Pricing projects on schedule of rate
- Tendering
- Bid writing
- Valuations
- Variations
Requirements for the role are:
- Minimum of 5years experience.
- Experience in the public housing sector
- Autonomously running projects.
