Responsive Personnel are currently looking for an experienced Full time Lettings Administratorr for our well established client in Swindon.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate terms of tenancy and renewals when applicable
- Managing client paperwork and bookings with all required information
- Assisting in office organisation, reception and registration of tenants
- Process rent payments, deposits and other charges
- Dealing with Landlord, Tenant and Applicant enquiries.
- Arranging and carrying out viewings with prospective Tenants
- Monitor tenant accounts and chase any arrears
- Liaise with tenants and landlords regarding financial matters
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Matching tenants to the right properties and providing them with property information
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts
Key Skills and requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High standard of customer care and service provision.
- To have attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.
- To have good IT skills and to be a proficient user of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Must have lettings or property experience
- Good Administrative skills
Location: Swindon
Hours: 9:00 am- 6:00 pm Monday to Friday/Full Time
Salary: Starting from £23,000
