PROPERTY SALES ADVISOR
LOCATION: Swindon
SALARY: £22,000 to £24,000 depending on experience OTE £40,000 plus
JOB TYPE: Permanent - Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm (No weekends)
Role Purpose
Do you have a passion for property and confident speaking to customers. If so, this role would be perfect for you.
This office-based role involves contacting potential customers from organic leads created via the website and social media. Generating leads and making cold calls to customers across England and Wales to promote the business and services.
Responsibilities include:
Engaging with potential clients selling the services and products of the business
Creating advertisements
Scheduling viewings
Negotiating sales
Offering additional services such as conveyancing and mortgage referrals
Experience Required
Property experience is an advantage
Outbound telephone sales experience essential
Excellent communication skills
Driven and highly motivated
Must be organised
Experienced in hitting and exceeding targets
Must be resilient and able to handle rejections
