Bakery Assistant

M4 Recruitment are working with a local company who bake delicious treats! 

The right candidate needs to be passionate about what they do with a good eye for detail.

Applicants must be reliable, methodical, organised, and keen to work as a team or on their own.

This is a hands-on role, frying and finishing doughnuts with packing of orders.

The role involves night shifts Wednesday to Saturdays with alternate Sundays.

We are looking for candidates who:

Have at least one years’ experience in a bakery / food business but full training can be given.

Are enthusiastic, reliable, and great team players.

Are able to work to tight deadlines.

Can carry out physical work.

Working hours:

Flexibility required based on the needs of the business week on week

Wednesday – 6am – 12pm (approx. 6-hour shift)

Thursday and Friday – 1.30am start – longer shift ending between 10am and 12pm

Saturday – 1.30am start – approx. 8am finish

 Sunday – 4.30am - early finish approx. 8am (flexibility required).

Alternate Sundays on rotation with colleagues is an option as it’s a small short shift

The work is based near the town centre and is starting immediately.

Hourly rate is enhanced between (Apply online only)
