Qualified Social Worker - Swindon Borough Council - Learning Disabilties Team - £34ph!

This role requires a dynamic worker with sound knowledge and understanding of the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 and a minimum of two years post-qualified experience. The team holds a number of complex cases. The worker will be required to manage a case load in addition to supporting duty functions. The team are based in the office 2 days a week but may also need to complete duty visits and assessments at short notice. The suitable candidate must be a car driver and live within 60 minutes of Swindon. Experience of Adult Safeguarding and multi-disciplinary working is also essential to the role and evidence of this would be preferred.
