We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced School Cleaner to join our facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in specified areas of a school to a high standard. This role is integral to providing a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Day to Day of the Role:- Ensure that classrooms, toilets, offices, tea points, and all allocated areas are cleaned to a high standard.
- Comply with the service level agreement and follow the cleaning specification.
- Use appropriate PPE/Uniform at all times during working hours.
- Take instruction and advice from the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Willingness to use and experience in operating cleaning machinery.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate initiative.
- Some cleaning experience in a school environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the use of cleaning chemicals.
- Demonstrate the behaviours as outlined in the company values.
- Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Disclosure Barring Service Check.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
