Travel Executive

M4 Recruitment are currently looking for a CSI Executive to join one of our clients based on the outskirts of Swindon.

Reporting to the SeniorContracting Manager, the responsibilities of the role include:

• To update and support the CSI System in a timely manner
• Build cluster itineraries in the back office system
• Responsible for the input of group allocations
• Loading of contracted allocation including Hotels/Events/Transfer and groups
• Building of all CSI packages prior to the package going on sale
• Ensuring the booking process is clear for all departments
• Frequent audits of elements loaded to CSI to ensure information is accurate
• Assisting sales and admin with any booking/loading issues

Experience required:

• Eye for accuracy and detail
• Willingness to help
• Drive to learn and develop

Desirable experience:

• Knowledge on Itour
• A keen interest in travel or travel industry experience
