About Your Role:

As the face of the education initiatives, you'll play a pivotal role in inspiring our client’s customers and internal team. Your mission will be to deliver engaging, insightful education sessions both in person and online, encouraging creativity and confidence in their technical offerings. Collaborating closely with the Technical Educator Lead, you'll contribute to the development of bespoke courses and events, ensuring their customers are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Deliver education sessions online and in-person.
  • Lead events and demonstrations.
  • Support customer confidence in technical offerings, focusing on colour business growth.
  • Integrate exclusive brand values into education.
  • Foster creativity among customers and colleagues.
  • Collaborate on bespoke education programmes.
  • Provide feedback on products and trends.
  • Stay updated on market and competitor activities.
  • Participate in Artistic training.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company and their exclusive brands.
  • Drive sales through education initiatives.

What Do I Need?

  • Minimum level 2 - Qualified hairdresser (Colour specialist)
  • A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
  • Residency with relatively easy access to the M4.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Confident presenter with a creative flair.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
