?? Purpose

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Portfolio Supervisor to join our client's expanding team. As the Portfolio Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the Rooftop Customer Service responsibilities to homeowners with equipment on their property. This includes assisting with asset and property sales, ensuring timely completion, managing documentation visibility, and providing basic technical and legal support. You will also be responsible for handling complaints and general inquiries.

?? Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to communications from property owners/purchasers, solicitors/estate agents, providing assistance with documentation, technical questions, lease surrenders, land registry queries, closures of leasehold titles, and receipt of funds.
  • Review leases to ensure compliance with mortgage requirements and assist councils with Right to Buys.
  • Control various logs for lease terminations, deeds of variations, complaints, and report internally and externally.
  • Manage general inquiry email inbox, ensuring timely responses.
  • Maintain up-to-date Powers of Attorney/Insurance policies from asset owners.
  • Assist with settlement agreements, surrender and regrants, and statement of truths/certificates.
  • Monitor safe scans.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Good customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.
  • Efficiently process documents with accuracy and adhere to deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing deadlines.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to identify key value drivers.
  • IT literate.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and MS Office suite, particularly Word & Excel.
  • Experience within a service sector organisation preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on needs preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience within a legal support environment advantageous but not necessary as full training will be provided.
