- Designing and creating welding fixtures to improve efficiency
- Implementing continuous improvement within the manufacturing processes with the aim to reduce non- conformances.
- Validate your own and others work to ensure they meet the required specification.
- Setting up and operating fabrication equipment
- Confident and esperinaced TIG Welder
- The ability to produce hygienic welds consistently on stainless steel with various methods (TIG and MIG)
- Be able to use both fabrication machinery and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- The highest attention to detail
- Good understanding of lean manufacturing
- Experience within a similar role
