Production Assistant

• Working in accordance with practices and guidelines
• Work aseptically in a cleanroom to manufacture products for terminal sterilization.
• Maintain a sterile environment in the cleanroom, by full body gowning and performing daily cleaning to required standards, in addition to behaving according to cleanroom procedures.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials for workmanship standard, contamination, and quality compliance.
• Clean, assemble and package products in aseptic manner as described by procedure.
• Operate equipment and machinery required in the assembly of products.
• Communicate status of operations in a timely manner to Cleanroom Supervisor including any safety and/or process issues.
• Work closely with Cleanroom Supervisor to ensure deadlines are met in addition to completing daily tasks required outside of production.
• Ensure training modules and refreshers are completed within set deadlines.
• Report defective materials or questionable condition to the Cleanroom Supervisor.
• Work diligently to Quality and Safety guidelines when carrying out production tasks with the aim of preventing accidents, data breaches and other non-compliance.
• Become a reliable member of the production team.

• Able to carry out lifting, carrying loads, operating mechanical presses, and cleaning.
• Strong literacy and numeracy abilities.
• Working in team environments.
• Working to deadlines.
• Basic computer skills.

Mon-Fri 37.5 Hours Per Week
