Role Profile:

Cast UK are supporting a prestigious client with the recruitment process of a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Tamworth on a maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 10am-4pm, on site 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and inquiries are resolved.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using customer service software.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Renumeration:

£18,782 + Bonus & Benefits
