Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Freight Customer Service Operator who has experience with Freight Forwarder. The company are a busy well established Freight Forwarder based in the Tamworth, Birmingham.
Job duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure customer bookings are accurately taken and entered into operations system, International, National and Cross trade.
- Booking deliveries in with customers
- Ensure Bookings made with origin offices
- Liaising with suppliers and origin offices
- Invoicing and administration
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Aid credit controllers with the collection of overdue payments from suppliers and clients
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Freight
- High level attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to prioritise and organise own workload.
- Must be a team player.
Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730
