Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Specialist with expertise in lighting controls, lighting conversion, lighting assembly, lighting manufacturing, and Luminaires. This position will play a crucial role in our product development and customer support efforts. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering and sales teams to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of our lighting products, ultimately delivering exceptional lighting solutions to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in lighting controls, lighting conversion, lighting assembly, lighting manufacturing, and luminaires.
  • Strong understanding of lighting technologies, including LED, OLED, and traditional lighting sources.
  • Knowledge of lighting control protocols and systems, such as DALI, DMX, Bluetooth, and IoT platforms.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for luminaire design and technical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with quality control processes and standards.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and certifications.
