Our client is looking to recruit a Facilities Technician to cover a static site in the Taunton area.
Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing and building fabric.
- Provides facilities and maintenance labour and technical support to all areas of the site structure, equipment, and grounds.
- Maintain and update records of maintenance activities.
- Carry out checks and inspections on a regular basis.
- Promptly respond to and resolve all facility email requests.
- Solve problems related to facilities.
Skills:
- Ability to work with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to adhere to safety protocols.
- Good communication skills.
