Butler Rose is recruiting a Finance Business Partner with a growing business in Taunton.
This position will predominantly remote with one day a week in the Taunton office
You will drive performance and support stakeholders with all aspects of finance covering commercial performance, budgeting and cost delivery, alongside playing a lead role in the monthly and statutory reporting for the Group, ensuring accuracy and compliance
key duties will include:
- Month end, year-end, reporting, budget and re-forecast process
- Investigating variances from budgets, forecasts and actuals
- Various reporting to key stakeholders
- Involvement in the year end audit process
- Financial modelling
- Process improvement
- Adhering to regulatory guidelines and deadlines
- Presenting information concisely
- Other duties according to business needs
The successful candidate will ideally be formally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) but candidate qualified by experience may also be considered. You will be able to challenge and influence where necessary and be comfortable dealing with non-finance stakeholders. This role would equally suit someone currently in practice looking to move into industry or someone already in industry looking for a new challenge.
