If you have been seeing multiple adverts for Legal Secretaries in other disciplines but have been waiting for a more Commercial role to emerge then look no further!
This is a role that is so much more than just typing and offers the chance to enjoy a varied and interesting workload
Duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for Clients and relevant third parties
- Diary management
- Formatting of documents and proof reading
- Liaison with various departments to ensure matters are dealt with in a timely fashion - including Marketing, Accounts etc
- Various administrative duties as required
- Participating in meetings and organisation of same
- Filing and storage of documentation
To be considered for this busy role you must have had at least 12 months experience of working in a support capacity within a law firm, whether that be as a Legal Secretary or Paralegal or similar.
Salary is dependent on experience but will highly competitive and will be coupled with a range of benefits
