A tier 1 contractor who are currently build a large commercial building in Taunton are looking to add a site manager to their current workforce. The project in total value is in excess of 80million (Phased build)

The contractor are looking for an individual to support them at least until December 2024. They are looking for an individual who has working with the tier1 world before and has a strong track record in handing over large commercial projects. The requirement will mainly be internals.

You will require SMSTS, CSCS + First aid. (CSCS must be black or gold) the pay mechanisms for this assignment will be umbrella or PAYE.
