Are you a talented Field Service Technician with a passion for engines? Do you thrive on troubleshooting, repairs, and providing top-notch customer service? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team specializing in engine products, based in Southwest England.

Field Service Technician Role Overview:

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in servicing and maintaining a range of engine products, catering to markets such as On-Highway, Off-Highway, Industrial, Marine, and Power gen. Your responsibilities will include conducting troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls both on customer sites and within our workshops. Flexibility is key as occasional travel and working away from home may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and overhauls on a variety of engine products, adhering to documented service procedures.
  • Complete all work and documentation on time and to a high standard using electronic tools provided.
  • Support local branch in various CIT projects throughout the year.

Field Service Engineer Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ level 2 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Significant field service work experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge and experience with engine products.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Preferably apprentice trained as an Engine Technician.
  • Locally valid driving permit required.
