Location: Taunton/west somerset/Bridgwater area community based.
This is a band 6 position for an experienced O.T looking for an immediate start
Start date: ASAP
Length of contract: 4-6 months
Hours: Full time but part-time considered
Job description:
- Community Therapist with ideally skills in crisis /hospital avoidance can be OT and Physio.
- Rehab skills as needs to be able to identify goals and onward plans for patient.
- Driver as need to drive across area and within 2 hour time frame for UCR visit.
- Flexible adaptable and able to manage /prioritise caseload load that change during the day.
