99% Remote role with monthly face to face meetings and quarterly social meetups

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to facilitate their global talent acquisition strategies, providing proactive solutions and top-tier candidates.
2. Proactively source new clients, leads, and insights to complement your role in candidate delivery. Utilize multiple platforms to engage and captivate both passive and active candidates.
3. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, offering essential information and advice.
