Are you a passionate Business Development / Sales Professional seeking a new opportunity within the recruitment sector?

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities within Telford and beyond
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Book and attend your appointments
  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm 1 hour lunch
  • Full autonomy to bring on your own clients
  • Work with lapsed/dormant accounts
  • Carry out review meetings with clients
  • Be directly responsible for the growth of an established recruitment desk
  • Work to clear weekly/monthly targets

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • A solid SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT background
  • Proven experience of building and development of business relationships
  • A self-motivated, confident and tenacious approach
  • Desire to progress your career and be the best in your field
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
