Senior Customer Support Coordinator
Telford
Up to £30,000 plus excellent benefits, training and progression

Are you a whizz with Excel, have excellent communication skills, experienced in FMCG Customer Services and want to work for a global organisation where you'll be valued, given excellent training, great benefits and prospects?

Job role / duties

Coordinate & effectively execute Existing Product Development / New Product Development launches on time, and to specification / budget
Deliver plans to optimise private label performance to the sales team
Create / deliver regular reviews of the product landscape and building action plans that include product quality testing
Create / deliver category insight plans for customers identifying clear growth opportunities
Manage customer complaints
Develop / prepare presentations for customers, product meetings and trade fairs
Participate in the customer tender process with the sales teams
Support customer audits and lead the delivery of all follow up actions
Support the Business Sales Manager with forecasting, costing process, stock management and sales analysis.

To be considered for this you role you MUST

Possess marketing / product development experience within FMCG
Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
Be able to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy
Possess good English business skills
Have strong project management skills, with demonstrable ability to manage varying tasks through to completion.
Have advanced Excel ability such as: Vlookup, Sumif, Pivot Tables, Graphs

** must be able to drive and have own transport
