Assistant Manager

We are looking for a Assistant Manager for our beautiful Telford restaurant. 

The restaurant is based at the Southwater complex comprising of a fantastic aray of shops, restaurants and leisure activities. With indoor and outdoor dining and an impressive bar area it makes the perfect location for lunch or dinner. 

The stated salary includes the predicated service charge based on an hourly rate on a 45 hour contract. We also offer the option of additional hours in the peak times where you'd get paid for every hour you work.. we'd never expect you to work for free!

We also offer our Assistant Managers a quartley bonus plan.

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who:

· Is warm, friendly and a natural with guests

· Team focused. Support and guide our team to deliver the best possible service

· Has at least one year in a management capacity within a Restaurant

· Is experienced in a busy, standards led environment, ideally branded

· Is committed to a career in hospitality

· Has bags of energy and enthusiasm

· Has an interest in other areas such as marketing, training & recruitment
