My Telford based client is currently recruiting for a Process Operator. As the Process Operator you will be required to work a set shift pattern that will involve Days and Nights and will include weekends.
Salary up to £31,605 depending on experience

Responsibilities:-
- Ensure products meet the standard for quality
- Run the plant to standard operating procedures
- Maintain records on and hourly/daily basis
- Ensure safe working practices
- Support training of process staff
- Any other duties/projects that are reasonable and within the skills and ability of the post holder.
Skills and experience:-
- Observant and very good attention to detail
- Escalate when if problems occur
- Challenge to ensure success is achieved
- Good communication skills to interact with fellow team members
- Team worker
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
