We are seeking an experienced and qualified Primary School Teaching Assistant for a long-term, full-time role in a primary school in Telford. The position is set to start in January, and we are looking for a dedicated professional who is flexible in supporting various year groups and age ranges across the primary school.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general classroom support across different year groups, assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management.
Offer one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them with their learning and development.
Assist with classroom behaviour management, ensuring a positive, productive learning environment.
Support the teacher in planning and preparing lessons, activities, and resources.
Contribute to the emotional and social development of students, helping them thrive both academically and personally.
Key Requirements:
Qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or Level 3) or equivalent certification.
Strong experience working in primary education, with the ability to support a range of year groups and age ranges.
