We’re looking for an experienced Line Leader to motivate and lead a production team. You’ll ensure products meet client specifications, maximise efficiency, and maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate your team to hit production targets.
- Ensure products meet client and company standards.
- Maintain hygiene, GMP, and health & safety standards.
- Deliver daily briefings and support training of new starters.
- Drive continuous improvement and minimise waste.
