Commercial property Solicitor – Telford

A highly respected regional law firm, recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its successful and forward-thinking commercial property team.

The Role

You will:

  • Act on sales, purchases and leases of commercial premises, including non-contentious landlord and tenant work
  • Draft and negotiate leases, licences and agreements for lease
  • Advise landlords and tenants on rights and obligations
  • Manage property finance and development transactions
  • Conduct due diligence, including title investigations and reports
  • Handle your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support

Your Profile:

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.

  • Proven experience in acquisitions, disposals and commercial leases
  • Excellent drafting skills and strong commercial awareness
  • Outstanding client care and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload effectively
  • Proactive, adaptable and a strong team player.
