The Role

Our client is currently looking for a Process Performance Lead to join their expanding site in Telford. The client is a market leading manufacturer and supplier to some of the UK's most well-known house-hold brands.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • To work as well as manage the running of process lines, and to ensure the co-ordination of these areas to work at full efficiency.
  • To lead all of those on the process line and to hold responsibility for their conduct and ability to do the role whilst maintaining the quality standard of the plant.
  • To be able to evaluate and identify areas of improvement on the production line and ensuring there is a clear route for improvement and using data to influence these decisions.
  • To be able to maintain and develop the layout of the factories to ensure the presence of an efficient workflow.
  • To analyse and report on the results of implemented techniques, methods, schedules, downtime, cycle times, etc…

The Candidate

  • To be able to build key relationships, developing a strong in-house culture which will back your decisions.
  • To have vast knowledge of highly automated Lean manufacturing environments.
  • Experienced in manufacturing in any of the following sectors: FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Automotive.
