Role: Plant Fitter (Field)
Location: Telford, Shropshire
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus (Every 6 Months)
Monday – Friday (Permanent Position)

Interaction Engineering are working exclusively with a rapidly growing plant hire company based in Telford. Due to a growth within the business, we are seeking a skilled Plant Fitter for the on customer sites. This is a great opportunity to join a highly reputable company that offers career growth.
The Role
- Attend customer sites (Shropshire) to repair a range of plant equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
- Perform servicing and general repairs.
- Diagnose and find faults.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance checks.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Work independently and as part of a small team.
- Follow safety and housekeeping standards in both the workshop and at customer sites.
- Log and keep records of work carried out and complete daily job sheets.
- Liaise with customers by phone and in person.
What we need from you:
- Experience working with plant machinery, (diggers, dumpers, excavators etc)
- Knowledge of mechanical, electric, and hydraulic diagnostics, servicing and repairs.
- A full UK Driving License
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well as a team and on your own.
