Due to an internal resignation, a Production Supervisor is required to work a permanent night shift for a sheet metal manufacturing business in Telford, Shropshire. The Production Supervisor role comes with a favourable salary up to £35,000 per annum and many excellent benefits.
As a Production Supervisor, you will work within a busy manufacturing environment, working alongside the Senior Managers, managing a team of up to 20.
As a Production Supervisor, you will be required to:
- Ensure that production targets are met and achieved
- Plan work schedules
- Create production plans and issue customer orders to the production team
- Monitor and report on KPIs.
