You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and support to pupils with a range of special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring that their individual learning needs are met.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the specific needs of SEND pupils.- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to succeed.- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies as required.- Work collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals to promote the holistic development of SEND pupils.- Provide regular feedback to school leaders on pupil progress and any concerns or issues that may arise.Requirements:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.*Must have a child and adult DBS OR willing to apply for one*Proven experience working with SEND pupils, preferably in a classroom setting.*Strong understanding of different special educational needs and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Flexibility and willingness to work across different schools and year groups as required.If you are up for a new challenge, then please apply now!
