What we are looking for in Restaurant Manager candidates:
- A proven track record within first-class restaurants, with a focus on high-quality, volume service
- Restaurant Manager experience within a Michelin Star restaurants is highly desirable - you must have worked with tasting menu style service in the past
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
- Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
