Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to run our new kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a creative flair for crafting delicious and visually appealing dishes. As a Chef, you will be responsible for executing menu items with precision and consistency while adhering to food safety standards. We aim to have the best burger around and phenomenal Sunday roast

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food preparation and presentation meets required standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment at all times
• Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
• Monitor and manage stock levels to minimize waste
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations during service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Creativity and passion for food
