Reed are excited to be partnering with a Boutique Hotel in the Cotswolds to recruit a talented Spa Treatment Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Due to the location you will need to be a driver.
Looking for an experienced Spa Treatment Manager to lead a growing team to deliver spa treatments to a high standard.
Within the role you will work circa 40 hours a week
The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience as a spa/treatment manager
- Previous leadership experience is essential
- Flexibility to work on weekends
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 Beauty or equivalent
- Proven experience as a spa beauty therapist
The role-
- Leading the team's day to day operations
- Planning and training the team
- Delivering spa treatments
- Monthly stocktakes
- Responsibility for spa revenue
