Our client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a full-time, temporary contract. You’ll play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth running of operations, responding to enquiries and applications, identifying top talent and keeping the recruitment system accurate and up to date.

Based in Tetbury, this temporary opportunity offers up to £13 per hour with hybrid working after training. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm and this role is offered with the potential to earn bonus.

In the role of Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the initial point of contact for phone and email queries from  job applicants.
  • Posting job adverts on LinkedIn, once generated by the Director, and using LinkedIn to attract direct applicants.
  • Supporting and assisting in identifying potential candidates from the recruitment tracking system to build internal talent pools.
  • Scheduling pre-interview Teams calls for the Director and coordinating interview details between candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements and skills for the role of Recruitment Administrator are as follows:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a recruitment environment.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, with an established profile and network.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
