Assistant Treatment Manager - £30k Imagine being a support to a team of talented therapists at a leading Hotel & Spa. As Assistant Treatments Manager, you will support in leading and inspiring a team of therapists to deliver exceptional treatments, surpassing guest expectations and maintaining the highest industry standards.   • Assist in managing a team of therapists, fostering motivation and inspiration.
  • Deliver first-class treatments that exceed guest expectations, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily team meetings and one-on-one sessions to support team welfare, development, and training.
Your role will also involve managing stock control, driving revenue targets, and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa with an unwavering commitment to customer service. Additionally, you will support the apprentice program and collaborate with colleges to further develop it.  Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in motivating a team in a spa or hospitality setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong training and development background 
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail for stock control, management and ordering.
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service.
  • A strong passion for the beauty, spa and wellness industry, keeping up to date with industry trends
Required Qualifications:
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in beauty therapy
  • Experience working in a luxury spa
  • Own transport required due to remote location 
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends
