We are proud to be working with our world-recognised client in Cambridge, whose focus is purely on changing the lives of those struggling with life-threatening diseases. As an Animal Technician, your role will include working closely with research groups to deliver award-winning science.
Responsibilities:
- Hold responsibility of the care and welfare of small rodent
- Be willing to work weekends on a rota basis
- Make observations and keep accurate records
- Cage cleaning and washing
- Performing general husbandry tasks such as feeding and watering
Experience:
- Previous experience working with animals in a laboratory setting
- Previous experience working with rodents, preferably mice or rats
- Great understanding of ASPA and the 3Rs
- A personal license would be advantageous
