This is a truly unique customer service opportunity!We are seeking someone who thrives in busy environments and who prides themselves on always delivering an outstanding service to customers. Full training is provided for this role but previous customer service experience is essential.PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE TO ACCESS MY CLIENTS OFFICESRole and Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
  • Adhering to customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies
  • Ensure key customer service targets are met
  • Supporting customer service team leader with operational improvements
  • Other ad hoc tasks and duties as directed

Experience Required

  • Experience working within a customer service role, ideally where you have liaised via telephone would be hugely beneficial
  • Evidence of working in a busy, fast paced, customer service role
  • Experience of working to and meeting KPIs
  • Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Sociable, confident and personable character
